Tiramisssu

its a fruitful day! enjoyed myself in tis baking class. Learnt Tiramisu and Rich choc cake.YUmmy **, i get to bring the two cakes home. theng missed the class as she's down wif gastric flu. poor gal, but wi ll gif it a try on my off day kk!

first joke of the day, when i was walkg to the class, one auntie asked me for direction. she called me auntie,may i know whr is blah blah.. i instantly replied her, i dunno whr AUNTIE. Goodness sake,she is older than my mum yet she called me Auntie!?! when i told my dad, he said i shd ve called her AH MAH.

when i stepped into the classroom, most of them were aunties. i tot to myself its a Aunties' Day. phew,tis gal around my age walked in and sat beside me. soon, two gals ard 18yr old joined our table. the lesson was conducted q comically. 4of us were first timers while half of the aunties were regulars. so when we had confusion, vivian and i will ask the more experienced ones then tell the young gals gota weigh the sugar for the nex step. reminds me of fun home econs lessons!

ther was tis auntie who was q slow in absorbing the teacher's lecture. he had to repeat her many times, gets on his nerves cos she's also kiasu, alwiz wana do hands on before he finsh each step. lol.

so glad i learnt sth. Rick dar will try it when he comes back to SG k! another 9mths. meanwhile, i can make it for xmas gatherings after i try out first attempt wif theng k.
